Laborer C1

Granroy Laborer C1, also translated as Worker C1, is a compact bipedal humanoid introduced by Wuhan Granroy Intelligent Robot at the 2026 World Robot Conference. It stands 1.38 meters tall, weighs 38 kilograms and uses 27 coordinated joints. Granroy designed the platform for dynamic whole-body motion, and public demonstrations included running, combination boxing and somersaults. The development team reported that its joints must coordinate within approximately one millisecond for complex recovery movements. C1 can autonomously rise after sitting or lying on the floor by coordinating its upper and lower body and rapidly transferring its center of gravity into a standing posture. The robot has also been demonstrated guiding passenger flow at a railway station. Granroy identifies exhibition halls, reception areas, cultural-tourism settings and other public-service environments as prospective applications. Pricing and ordering availability have not been announced.
